How do you speak with
someone who uses a wheelchair?
The answer may suprise you!
My name is Eric Anderson. I believe that positive things happen to positive people.
Even though I've had cerebral palsy and had to get
around in a wheelchair all my life, I've earned my
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies
from California State University Long Beach and went on to found my business, A Second Look.

|
A Second Look is an organization that conducts seminars
and workshops to businesses, schools, churches and organizations
throughout Southern California. Our goal is to empower,
encourage and
motivate
on how to better communicate and relate
comfortably to a person with a disability. |
| |
As you can imagine, it takes a fair amount of effort on my part to get out and make these presentations
but it has been very worthwhile. When I go out to
speak to a group of people, they see how I don't
let my disability interfere. I've chosen to live a fulfilling
life, in spite of my difficulties. |

Who can benefit from my presentations?- Co-workers
- Employees
- Students
- Boy scouts, Girl Scouts, youth groups, Church groups and more!
- Care Givers
- People with disabilities
- People without disabilities
|
We also give presentations to businesses and
corporations on the topic of
the American
Disabilities
Act.. |
